Project Overview
Garman Built is a family-owned custom home builder and general contractor working across the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City corridor. With more than 15 years of work, a Parade of Homes award, and a reputation built on in-house craftsmanship, they had the resume. What they wanted was a website that finally matched it, one that reflected who they are and set them apart from other builders in the area.
So we built them a refreshed site that puts their custom home work and general contracting capabilities front and center, pairing a modern, high-end look with the kind of simple navigation anyone can use. Just as important, we leaned into what makes Garman different: a family-owned company where clients work directly with the Garmans themselves, from the first conversation to the final walk-through.
