We’re looking for a Client Success Manager who’s organized, people-focused, and obsessed with making sure our clients are happy. You’ll be the face of WEBBLDR after the sale closes — leading onboarding, gathering content, managing updates, and keeping communication smooth and clear.

No agency background required. If you’ve got strong communication skills and a get-it-done attitude, we’ll train you on the rest.


What You’ll Do

  • Be the main point of contact for clients during active website projects
  • Coordinate with clients to collect necessary assets (logos, photos, info)
  • Keep them updated on timelines and progress
  • Translate client feedback into clear action steps for the creative team
  • Track project milestones, questions, and next steps in ClickUp
  • Follow up with clients post-launch to upsell hosting, SEO, or add-on services
  • Jump into calls or emails to keep the relationship strong
