We’re looking for a Client Success Manager who’s organized, people-focused, and obsessed with making sure our clients are happy. You’ll be the face of WEBBLDR after the sale closes — leading onboarding, gathering content, managing updates, and keeping communication smooth and clear.
No agency background required. If you’ve got strong communication skills and a get-it-done attitude, we’ll train you on the rest.

What You’ll Do
Be the main point of contact for clients during active website projects
Coordinate with clients to collect necessary assets (logos, photos, info)
Keep them updated on timelines and progress
Track project milestones, questions, and next steps in ClickUp
Follow up with clients post-launch to upsell hosting, SEO, or add-on services
Jump into calls or emails to keep the relationship strong
Translate client feedback into clear action steps for the creative team
