WEBBLDR is a growing web design agency focused on building smart, functional websites for contractors, tradespeople, and blue-collar businesses across the U.S.
We’re looking for an experienced website developer who can bring designs to life — clean, fast, SEO-friendly builds using modern stacks. You’ll be working closely with our designer and creative director to develop custom WordPress or Webflow websites (primarily 5–10 pages), ensuring every build is responsive, accessible, and easy for clients to update post-launch.
This role is for someone who thrives in a lean, high-trust environment where execution is everything and the details matter.
- Develop custom websites based on provided designs and copy
- Implement animations, transitions, and responsive behavior with precision
- Optimize for performance, SEO, and clean structure
- Integrate basic CMS functionality (WordPress or Webflow)
- Set up contact forms, CTAs, and simple backend settings for clients
- Collaborate with UX and creative leads to ensure smooth design-to-dev flow
- Assist with post-launch updates and troubleshooting (if needed)
- 3+ years of experience developing websites (agency, freelance, or product side)
- Mastery of Webflow or WordPress (we use both)
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JS basics, SEO best practices, and responsive design
- Proven ability to deliver fast, polished, and easy-to-edit builds
- Experience integrating Google Analytics, Google Fonts, Calendly, etc.
- Excellent communication and the ability to manage your own timelines
- Bonus: familiarity with Figma, Frame.io, ClickUp, or other collaboration tools
