Jason Smith Concrete was a tricky client, and we mean that as a compliment. A concrete contractor established in Eastern Iowa for decades, they had built a strong business without ever buying into social media marketing. The owner simply did not see the need, and for a long time they did not have to. That changed when the owner’s son talked him into giving it a trial run.

It did not take long. Within a few weeks, the owner saw exactly what he had been leaving on the table: a way to show off the work and look more appealing to both contractors and potential hires.
